The Power of Video at WEVA EXPO 2008

On Wednesday evening I had the honor of presenting The Power of Video.  It was really cool to have Richard & Julia Markel, co-presidents of the Association for Wedding Professionals Internationals (AFWPI) in the audience.  Richard is the one who first invited me to present at their 2006 Annual AFWPI Conference in San Antonio, Texas.  I was invited back to present in 2007.  Roy Chapman, WEVA Chairman,  introduced me and he recognized Richard & Julia for first hosting The Power of Video.  Roy also recognized Yoshi Kohara, ABC Director for Asian Marketing, who was also in the audience too.   Yoshi invited me to present The Power of Video in Osaka & Tokyo just last month (read my blog posts on that for more info).  What a travel adventure it has been!  Who knew The Power of Video would take me half-way around the world - including Venice, Italy last June.  What a blessing it has been to be an advocate for the video industry.

I want to give a special thank you to everyone who attended The Power of Video on Wednesday evening at 8:30 pm. It was a long day with seminars beginning at 8:15 am.  Not only that, but there were three other really good seminars going on at the same time as mine!  I was pleasantly surprised to have such a full house late at night.  "Thank you to all who came - I appreciate it!"
